Description
Chicken Souvlaki Kebabs bring proper Greek-style flavour to your BBQ with zero fuss. Made from hormone and chemical free Australian chicken thigh fillets, marinated in our signature garlic, lemon and herb seasoning, and hand-skewered in-store, they're ready to go the moment you fire up the grill.
Thigh fillet is the right choice for kebabs — juicier than breast, more forgiving on the heat, and the extra fat carries the souvlaki marinade deep into the meat. The result is a kebab that stays tender and flavourful even if you leave it on the grill a minute too long.
They cook in minutes and work just as well as the main event or as part of a bigger spread. Slide them off the skewer into warm pita, pile them onto a Greek salad, or serve them straight up with a squeeze of lemon and a dollop of tzatziki. However you plate them, they deliver that takeaway-at-home feeling without the wait.
Handmade in small batches right here in-store, each kebab weighs around 105 grams — a generous serve per person. Not a souvlaki fan? We do these in a full range of marinades, from Honey Soy to Korean BBQ.

Cooking Tips
- Cook over medium-high heat, turning every couple of minutes for even colour all around
- On the BBQ, use a hot grill plate or grill bars — you want char marks without burning the marinade
- If cooking in the oven, lay them on a lined tray at 200°C and turn once halfway through
- Rest the kebabs for a minute or two after cooking — keeps the chicken juicy when you bite in
- Don't overcrowd the grill — give each kebab room to breathe so they char rather than steam
Serving Ideas
- Classic Greek: slide off the skewer into warm pita with tzatziki, sliced tomato, red onion and a handful of hot chips
- Lighter option: serve over a Greek salad with feta, olives, cucumber and a lemon-oregano dressing
- Add Chicken Souvlaki Kebabs to your next order for proper Greek-style BBQ without the prep.
