A two point/ribs is approx 660 grams, with each point being an approx additional 330 gram.  Final price will be calculated on packing and refunded.

The pork rib roast is also known as a rack of pork (it may also be labelled centre-cut pork loin). The cut comes from the rib area of the loin, so it contains a bit more fat, which makes it very flavorful. The pork rib roast (or rack of pork) is the pork equivalent of a standing beef rib roast or a rack of lamb.
