For over 45 years and three generations, Game Farm has been Australia's pre-eminent producer of specialty game birds — supplying the country's finest restaurants with quail, spatchcock, cornfed chicken, and seasonal game birds raised the way nature intended.
Based on small-scale boutique farms across New South Wales — from the Mandalong Valley to Arcadia — Game Farm takes a hands-on approach to raising every bird. No factory farming. No shortcuts. Just small flocks, careful husbandry, and the patience that comes from a family business built on passion passed between generations.
That commitment shows on the plate. Game Farm products are served at The Star, Quay, Tetsuya's, Crown Sydney, Bentley, Icebergs, Merivale venues, Hubert, and Nomad — a testament to the quality and consistency that comes from farm gate to plate control.
In 2019, Game Farm consolidated its quail breeding and growing operations at Mandalong Valley and established new homes for cornfed chicken and spatchcock in Arcadia. Certified by Ausqual, the NSW Government, and the Department of Agriculture, Game Farm continues to set the standard for game bird farming in Australia.
