Item Packing Options:
You can let the team know how you would like your order packed and sealed. Options are tray packed for use in a couple of days or vacuumed-packed for more extended storage and freezing. Single items can be split into portions on request. Our default for delivery orders is vacuum-packed (except crumbed items / sausages and other products that cannot be vacuum packed).
Speciality Items:
For speciality items such as whole lamb for spits, we would request a few days' notice so we can secure stock.
We love that you have ordered online with us, but then are stuck with the packaging it all came in. I’ve been in the same position ordering various fresh products online myself. Often with packaging that says it is recyclable but does not tell you where do it.
Our new packaging from Chilltainers is fully recyclable in your yellow bin and has the same performance as the traditional white foam containers.
