During the checkout process, if you have available loyalty points, an option will appear allowing you to use the credits you have. On the very rare occasion, if something goes wrong with your checkout process, the loyalty points will get converted to a store credit. Since a few software upgrades ago, this has not happened recently.
Loyalty points can also be converted to store credits, and on occasion, we may issue refunds to your store credit account. These can easily be used during the checkout process. If you have store credits available, an option will appear letting you know the amount you have and then allow you to select how much to use.

Terms and Conditions
The Pryde Butchery Loyalty Program is operated by deTonto Investments Pty Ltd (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
The program is only available at our Westfield Miranda Store.
All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card. To join our Loyalty Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from our store, or fill in the online form on this website.
Upon purchase of any loyalty program included item, if you present a valid loyalty card or your phone number on record, one point will be reward for each dollar spent
Additional Information
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
This is not a credit or charge card
Loyalty Card remains the property of deTonto Investments Pty Ltd
Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at www.prydebutchery.com.au
We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at prydebutchery.com.au. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms and Conditions apply to our loyalty program in Australia and are governed by the appropriate laws.
